Community work is rarely one big moment. For me, it is the habit of showing up, helping with the practical details and making space for people to take part.
My involvement with Para Cycling Association Nepal and the Bagmati Skating & Skateboarding Association keeps me close to that idea. Sport can build confidence, friendships and a sense of belonging when the environment is welcoming.
This is a sample article for my new site. I want to use this space to document the people, programs and small acts of support that make community work meaningful.
